Cat excrement coffee originated in Indonesia. It is the most suitable coffee beans selected by wild civets, and then digested and fermented by the body, and the undigested coffee seeds are excreted, and then collected, cleaned and dried by local people. Because it is fermented by civet cats, it will have a special fragrance, and the output is small, and the collection needs a lot of manpower, so the market is in short supply and the price is expensive.
First of all, you should have a brewing tool. It is recommended to buy a smart cup, which is convenient and simple.
Tools: bean grinder, smart cup, filter paper, shared kettle, boiling kettle (preferably constant temperature), coffee beans.
1. Grind coffee beans to the size of sugar.
2. Put the filter paper into the smart cup, soak it with hot water that is burned to about 90 degrees, and filter out the hot water.
3. Pour the coffee powder into the filter paper, add a hot water channel at a suitable position and let it stand for two minutes.
4. Put the smart cup on the shared pot and let the coffee liquid filter into the pot, and the coffee will be fine.
Different gouache proportions will have different tastes, and different water temperatures will also have an impact. I'll try again twice.
A good brew will be rich in aroma, charming in fermentation, sour and delicious, and sweet in sucrose or honey.
