1. First, steamed white meat. The white meat made in this way is fat but not greasy, spicy and appetizing, and very delicious. Let's prepare the cooking ingredients for steaming white meat. First prepare a piece of pork skin and pork belly. It should be noted here that pork belly slices should not be too thin, because thin slices are not as delicious as thick ones. After the pork belly slices are set, we put them into the steamer, then cover them and steam them for 40 minutes on medium heat, so that the pork belly can be cooked thoroughly. Take the garlic out, beat it and cut it into pieces, so the garlic flavor will come out more easily. After cutting, let's cut some more millet and chopped green onion and put them in a bowl together.
6. Heat a little hot oil in the pot, pour in onion and garlic millet to stimulate the fragrance, add a little salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and vinegar, and stir with a spoon for later use. Take out the steamed pork belly, and then you can dip it in.
