Smooth Egg and Beef Congee

Smooth egg congee is a great way to make a meal. Marinate the beef with oil, soy sauce, a little sugar, white pepper and peanut oil! Put it in the fridge for the next day.
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms
Start cooking the congee! The ratio of rice to water is about 1:5. Stir the congee often to make it easier to thicken, and I put a little bit of lard in it!
Meanwhile the porridge, marinated beef out, with a little cornstarch mix

White porridge simmering for about 10 minutes or so to put the mushrooms, porridge simmering (20 minutes or so), one by one to the beef, the action to be fast, because the beef cooked fast. The beef will be cooked faster.
After the beef is done, don't cook it for too long, pour in the egg and cut it open
Put in the salt and monosodium glutamate (MSG) to taste, and then turn off the heat
Finally, put in the lettuce.
Before eating, sprinkle some white pepper!
