working methods
1. Shred pork, add cooking wine, salt, eggs and starch, and marinate for 5 minutes; Slice the onion obliquely and put it on a plate. Put the oil in the wok, heat it, fry the shredded pork until it is cooked, take it out when it is 80% ripe, and drain the oil in the wok.
2. Put the oil in the wok, add the sweet noodle sauce to stir fry slightly, add cooking wine, monosodium glutamate and sugar, and stir fry the sweet noodle sauce continuously.
