Secret universal sauce formula
Braised sauce
2 tablespoons of soy sauce +3 tablespoons of soy sauce +2 tablespoons of cooking wine+1 spoon of white sugar+1 spoon of brown sugar+half a spoon of salt.
Can cook:
Braised ribs, braised eggplant, braised potatoes.
Cooking instructions:
