Junior-level workers need to assess public knowledge, and intermediate workers need to independently produce 3 varieties within the specified time and assess public knowledge.

Senior workers need to independently produce and complete 4 varieties within the stipulated time. They need to assess public knowledge and experience of more than 500 words. Technicians need to independently make and complete 5 varieties within the stipulated time. They need to Assessment of public knowledge and a paper of more than 3,000 words, and defense.

Senior technicians can independently produce and complete 6 varieties within the specified time. They need to assess public knowledge and a 2,000-word thesis, and defend it. In addition, bakers at different levels also have a demand for candidates’ work experience.

Baking certificates are mainly divided into five levels, namely: junior (National Vocational Qualification Level 5), intermediate (National Vocational Qualification Level 4), advanced (National Vocational Qualification Level 3), technician (National Vocational Qualification Level 3) Level 2), senior technician (National Vocational Qualification Level 1).

Required conditions for application:

1. Junior level (National Vocational Qualification Level 5): More than 1 year of experience is required. Conditions can be relaxed after passing baking training in the baking school system.

2. Intermediate level (National Vocational Qualification Level 4): Requires more than 2 years of experience. Conditions can be relaxed after passing baking training in the baking school system.

3. Advanced level (National Vocational Qualification Level 3): Requires more than 4 years of experience. Conditions can be relaxed after passing baking training in the baking school system.

4. Technician (National Vocational Qualification Level 2): ??Requires more than 8 years of experience. Conditions can be relaxed after passing baking training in the baking school system.

5. Senior technician (National Vocational Qualification Level 1): Requires more than 15 years of experience. Conditions can be relaxed after passing baking training in the baking school system.
