Material: pork belly? Chinese cabbage, vermicelli, ginger, onion, garlic and dried pepper.
1: Vegetable preparation: Slice pork belly, blanch it with ginger, shred Chinese cabbage, wash it, soak the vermicelli in advance, cut the ginger into strips, pat the garlic open, and cut the dried pepper into sections for later use.
2: After hot oil, add pork belly and fry slowly. Stir-fry until golden brown on both sides, add ingredients (ginger+garlic+dried Chili+a spoonful of cooking wine+a spoonful of soy sauce) and stir-fry evenly over medium heat.
3. Stir-fry the cabbage with high fire, add the soaked vermicelli, add the seasoning (1 spoon of oyster sauce+1 spoon of soy sauce+a little salt+a little chicken essence+half a bowl of water), stir evenly, and simmer for 2~3 minutes on medium fire.
