6 skewers of meat and bones
15 grams of fine chili powder
Methods/steps of making meat and bones (fried)
First connect the flesh and bones and prepare to thaw and prepare. Prepare two small plates. One of them prepares fine chili noodles (I used spicy paste, which can be eaten directly)
Pour the cumin seeds into a clean pot and stir-fry over low heat until the cumin grains turn yellow and take them out. Divide it into two piles and roll them separately with a rolling pin. One pile can be slightly crushed, and the other pile can be rolled into powder and mixed. Cumin has the best texture when eaten.
Pour oil into the pot. When the oil temperature is 70%, add the meat and bones.
Fry over low heat for ten minutes, turning several times to ensure the meat is cooked through.
Take out the bones and meat and put them in a container to drain the oil
Use a spoon to sprinkle the chili powder and cumin powder evenly as much as possible. Delicious bone and meat joints are ready
