Special Steps
First Step
1. Place the flower crabs under running water, use a small brush to brush both sides of the anyway, and then cut off the skin band which binds the flower crabs.

2. Put the flower crabs into the steamer plate in reverse, put on the green onion and ginger slices

3. Put on the steamer, wait for the steam to come up, put the marinated flower crabs with the steamer plate into the steamer, pour in the cooking wine and cover the pot.
