Garlic squid
Ingredients:
Minced garlic, squid, spicy millet
Method:
1 , cut the squid with a flower knife, boil the water and add cooking wine for 30 seconds and remove.
2. Stir-fry the minced garlic and millet until fragrant, add a spoonful of light soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir well.
3. Pour in the squid, stir-fry quickly, sprinkle with chopped green onions and stir-fry before serving.
