1. One broccoli, one spoonful of oil, a pinch of salt, one carrot, and one spoonful of starch.
2. Steps: Break the broccoli into small flower clusters with your hands, cut the carrots into thin slices and trim them into petals.
3. Boil a pot of water and scald the cooked broccoli and carrots until soft.
4. Add a little salt, stir a few times with a spatula to melt the salt, and drain the water.
