Ingredients:

Method:
1. Clean and drain the small fish, heat the pan, and then fry the small fish. Pour 1 tablespoon of corn oil into the pan and add ginger. When the slices are fragrant, they are ready to be fried.
2. Pour the small fish into the pot, shake the pot gently so that the small fish does not touch the pot, then take out the small fish and place it on a plate for later use.
