Vegetable Soup Practice
1. Carrots, carrots are washed and peeled.
2. Cut all the ingredients into irregular shapes.
3. Pour appropriate amount of water into the pot, add the cut vegetables and cook for about 15 minutes or so.
4. Sift the vegetables through a mesh sieve and leave only the vegetable broth.
Food Compatibility
Radish: Do not eat radish when taking ginseng and western ginseng, so as not to reverse the effect of the medicine, and not to play the role of tonic.
