Ingredients
Tofu. Fish balls. Green vegetables. Pork. green onion. Wine. Chicken essence. Salt. Cooking oil. Gravy powder.
Practice
1. Shred the pork and marinate with salt and cooking wine for 5~10 minutes.
2. Then add the tofu and fishballs to the pot with water and a pinch of salt (note: the old tofu should be cooked until shriveled, while the young tofu should be cooked until it comes to a rolling boil).
3. Then pour in the marinated shredded pork, add the bok choy and bring to a rolling boil.
4. Add chicken essence, chopped green onion, pour the gravy sauce to boil for a while can be removed from the pot.
