Practice
1. Scrape clean and cut into 4-cm-wide, 0.3-cm-thick slices. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into cubes about 3 centimeters square.
2. Cut the meat into a basin with 5 ml of vegetable oil, Pixian soybean, tofu milk juice and a small block of half a block of tofu milk, peppercorns, ginger rice, green onion rice, pepper, and finally add a little water or fresh broth and rice flour and mix well, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
3. In the meantime, you can put enough water in the steamer pot and boil it over high heat.
4. Add cooking wax paper to the bottom of the steamer and place the cubed sweet potatoes on the bottom of the steamer, then place the prepared meat on top of the sweet potatoes. This way, as it steams, the meat juices will mix into the sweet potatoes and flavor them. Place the steamer basket in the steamer and watch for steam. Be careful not to dry out the water in the pot while steaming.
5. Steam over medium heat for about 1 hour, until the meat and sweet potatoes are tender, then remove the steamer and serve.
