Needless to say, Dalai Lake is like a treasure embedded in the grassland carpet. I have been to Inner Mongolia once, and I was deeply impressed by its vast grassland, high sky, unique culture, mellow wine cellar, rich aquatic plants and attractive food, but Hulunbeier has not been there yet, hoping to have the opportunity to set foot on the vast grassland with low cattle and sheep.
Meat is a traditional Mongolian food, and it also makes my mouth water! Nowadays, most of the "hand-grabbed meat" is cooked first and then processed twice, and the large pieces are broken into small pieces, supplemented by salt noodles, rice vinegar, pepper, star anise, Chili oil and shredded ginger. It is said that the place I want to go most in Inner Mongolia is Baotou, not because of the celebrity Lu Bu of Jiuyuan, nor because of the delicious food in Baotou, but because my small family grew up in Baotou, and my childhood memories grew more and more with my age. Six years ago, I went to Inner Mongolia. I went to Jokhang Temple, Shawan, Genghis Khan Mausoleum, Kangbashi New District, Erdos, and so on. These places left a deep impression on me.
Of course, what I want to go to most is the border town and the vast prairie. Seeing horses, cattle and sheep is like stars scattered on earth. It's a pity that nomads have disappeared and become neat villages. Only in major museums can I imagine it with photos and scenes. The total area of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is1183,000 square kilometers, which is long and narrow, with many landforms such as plateaus, mountains, hills, plains, deserts, rivers and lakes. It is also a multi-ethnic gathering area, mainly distributed in 49 ethnic groups such as Han, Mongolian and Manchu, Hui, Daur and Ewenki.
