tripe and radish pot
Material: tripe/white radish/garlic/ginger/pepper/fennel/red pepper/fragrant leaves/cooking wine/soy sauce/salt/chicken essence/angelica
Practice:
1. Wash tripe, blanch and drain for later use.

cold red oil tripe
Material: tripe/cucumber/Chili oil/Jiang Mo/minced garlic/soy sauce/rattan pepper oil/chicken essence/salt/sesame oil/sugar/pepper/onion/coriander
Practice:
1. Prepare the rinsed tripe and add star anise leaves.
2. flatten the tripe, then slice it with an oblique knife, and cut the cucumber into pieces of equal size, with a bowl at the middle and a bowl at the bottom.
3. Cut minced garlic in Jiang Mo, spread tripe on cucumber, prepare coriander, onion and Chili oil, add the seasonings shown in the list in turn, add red oil and sprinkle chopped green onion to finish.
