Paclitaxel albumin binding is a new type, which combines drugs with human albumin by nanotechnology to form particles with a diameter of 130nm. The incidence of allergic reaction is extremely low, and pretreatment is not needed. The blood toxicity, digestive tract toxicity and neurotoxicity were lower than those of paclitaxel injection and paclitaxel liposome.
