How to mix green onions with tofu:
Ingredients: 250 grams of tofu (North).
Accessories: 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 2 chives, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon light soy sauce.
Steps:
1. Rinse the tofu with water, remove the skin from the shallots and wash them.
2. Cut the tofu into small cubes.
3. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add the diced tofu and cook for two minutes to remove the beany smell.
4. Drain the water.
5. Finely chop the shallots.
6. Put the drained diced tofu into a bowl, add appropriate amount of chopped green onion, sesame oil, salt and light soy sauce, mix well and serve on a plate.
