1, first sago soak (soak) 3 hours, overnight is better. Drain the water. Use a deep pot of boiling water (boiling water), put down the sago, cook for 15 minutes. Stir while cooking to avoid sticking to the bottom. Remove from the water and sieve through a sieve of cold water (i.e. rinse with cold water). Drain and set aside.
2. Peel and dice the mango. Leave 1/3, the rest with ice and sugar, put into a mixer food processor, get 1 to 2 minutes, into the frozen mango juice.
3. Use a small cup to hold the mango juice, add the cooked sago and mix well. Add some mango grains on top. Enjoy it while it's cold!
