Ingredients: 1 pork belly, 3 grams of Gordon Euryale, 3 grams of lotus seeds and 1 red dates.
Practice:
1. Turn the pork belly over and wash it, put it in the pot, add some water, boil it, remove it, and scrape it gently with a knife.
2. Wash Gordon Euryales and red dates (remove the core), soak lotus seeds (remove the core) in clear water for 1 hour, pick them up and put them into the pig's belly together.
3. Put the pork belly into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil it with strong fire, and simmer for 2 hours for seasoning.
Pork tripe soup:
Material: 3g of pork tripe and 1g of lotus seeds
Ingredients: 2 cups of cooking wine, 2 slices of ginger, salt, chicken essence and chopped green onion
Practice:
1. Wash the pork tripe, boil it in boiling water, and cut it into small pieces two fingers wide.
2. Put pork tripe, raw lotus seeds and ginger slices into the pot and add water.
3. After the soup boils, add 2 cups of cooking wine with cover, and continue to stew with low fire instead of high fire (if you use a stewing pot, put the inner pot into the outer pot with cover after 1 minutes of low fire)
After 4 or 1 hour, stew the pork belly until it is rotten, add salt and chicken essence, and sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.
