Homestyle Fried Noodles
Ingredients: Vermicelli, cabbage, mung bean sprouts, garlic sprouts, tempeh, soy sauce, chili, chicken essence
1. Cook the noodles first. To make homemade fried noodles, it is best to use strong noodles, which can be bought in supermarkets. Packaged homemade noodles, hand-rolled noodles, etc. are all acceptable.
Place the noodles in a boiling pot and cook them until half cooked. Take them out and immerse them in cold water to prevent them from sticking together over time. Remove from cold water and drain 5 minutes before serving.
2. Cut the cabbage head into shreds, cut the garlic sprouts into sections and then shred them, remove the seeds from the peppers and cut into shreds, wash and drain the mung bean sprouts and set aside.
3. Heat the oil pan, stir-fry the shredded cabbage and mung bean sprouts together, then add shredded chili peppers and black bean sprouts and stir-fry until six or seven times cooked, add the cooked and drained noodles. , then add salt, soy sauce, chicken essence, etc., stir-fry evenly for 2 to 3 minutes.
Tip: When frying home-style fried noodles, use a little more oil, otherwise it will easily stick to the pan, and it will still taste delicious.
