3) Pain in micturition. Generally, the symptoms of calculus will lead to pain when micturition. Because the calculus is in the urethra, it will often cause bladder spasm, and sometimes urine will not be discharged, which will make people feel extremely painful. Sometimes there will be pain when micturition is smooth, but the situation will be slightly better.
