It takes 20 minutes to bake chicken wings in the microwave.
Ingredients: 500g chicken wings, shredded ginger, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, barbecue powder and appropriate amount of salt
1. Wash the chicken wings and chop into three pieces.
2. Use a fork to make holes in the chicken wings without using the wing tips.
3. Place it in a large container, add shredded ginger, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, barbecue powder and a little salt.
4. Crush evenly and marinate in the refrigerator for two hours.
5. After taking it out, coat each chicken wing evenly with cornstarch.
6. Place it on a microwave-safe grill and cook on high heat for twelve minutes, turning over halfway through.
