Exercise:
1, cut the lotus root and wash it. In order to soften lotus root quickly and achieve the effect of soft waxy drawing, lotus root was cooked in a pressure cooker. Add lotus root block and clear water, steam over high fire, close the valve, and simmer for 8- 10 minutes. Boiled a little more, because I like the taste, so I put it out separately to make lotus root soup.
2. Put proper amount of ribs in lotus root soup. In order to ensure the sweet taste, just add a few spoonfuls of sparerib soup, cover the pot and cook, season after boiling, and then order some salt and chicken powder.

Tips, remember not to use an iron pot when cooking lotus root soup, it will make the lotus root soup black!
