Brewing process of iced white wine
Its brewing process is to leave the grapes on the tree until 1 February or even1month, when the cold weather makes the water condense. Grape picking is usually carried out in the middle of the night, when the temperature drops below MINUS 6 degrees. The picked frozen grapes are immediately squeezed. The water of grapes freezes and is crushed into ice, but the grape juice with high sugar content will not freeze, so the thick juice is obtained. In this way, a bunch of grapes can't squeeze much juice, and the grapes stay on the tree for a long time, which is extremely risky. Therefore, "ice wine" must be expensive, and that is why it is valuable.
