Ingredients: konjac cold rice noodles, a packet of frozen tofu and half a cucumber.
Ingredients: coriander+millet spicy+garlic+white sesame+peanuts.
Seasoning: one tablespoon of sesame sauce+two tablespoons of soy sauce+one spoonful of white vinegar+half a spoonful of oyster sauce+half a spoonful of white sugar+a little salt+a little monosodium glutamate+one spoonful of oil pepper mixed together for later use (the taste can be adjusted by itself).
Step 1: Wash the cold noodles with water, cut the frozen tofu into pieces, blanch the cucumber, shred the coriander, chop the millet, spicy garlic and put them on a plate together.
