Ingredients
300 grams of shepherd's purse, 50 grams of flour, appropriate amounts of salt, sesame oil, umami soy sauce and sugar.
Method
1. Wash and blanch the shepherd’s purse, squeeze out the water and chop into small pieces. Add salt, sesame oil, umami soy sauce and sugar and mix well.
2. Add a little flour and knead into a ball, then use a baking mold to press it into a cake shape.
3. Use an electric pan to bake both sides until golden brown and serve.
