Chopped pepper fish head
Ingredients
1 fat fish head (about 2 pounds), 1 chive, ginger 3 slices, 230g Haitian Taizi chopped pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cooking wine (10ml), 50ml vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon sesame oil (15ml)
Method
2. Sprinkle Spread a little salt and cooking wine evenly on the inner and outer surfaces of the fish head;
3. Add the chopped green onion and ginger slices, marinate for 10 minutes;
