Materials: 4 hairy crabs.
Accessories: 1 tbsp oil, 1 sliced ginger, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar.
Steps:
1, prepare all the ingredients.
2. Brush the belly and legs of hairy crabs with a waste toothbrush, and then rinse them with running water.
3. Put a proper amount of water in the pot, a few slices of ginger, a spoonful of cooking wine and a spoonful of salad oil. Putting ginger and cooking wine can remove fishy smell, and putting salad oil can make hairy crabs look bright and shiny and have more appetite.
4. Put the steamer in the pot, and then put the hairy crab belly up on the steamer. Steam on high fire for 5 minutes, then steam on medium fire 10 minutes or so.
5. Prepare dipping sauce. Wash ginger, cut it into thin slices, then cut it into filaments and put it on a small plate.
6. Add a spoonful of soy sauce and two spoonfuls of balsamic vinegar, stir well before dipping.
7. Take out the hairy crabs after steaming, cut the tied ropes and dip them in the sauce.
