What is single-origin coffee?

Single-origin coffee is pure coffee ground from a single coffee bean produced in the country of origin, and is generally consumed without adding milk or sugar. It has strong characteristics and a special taste: either fresh and soft, or mellow and smooth; the cost is higher, so the price is also more expensive. For example, the famous Blue Mountain coffee, Brazilian coffee, Colombian coffee... are all single products named after the place where the coffee beans are produced. Although mocha coffee and charcoal roasted coffee are also single products, their names are quite special. Mocha is a port in Yemen.
