1. Wash and cut the chicken, peel and wash the ginger, pat it flat and chop it.
2. Put oil in the wok and saute garlic.
3. Pour the ginger slices into the pot and stir fry for a while.
4. Pour the chicken pieces into the pot.
5. Continue to stir fry.
6. Add a tablespoon of yellow wine and mix well.
7. Add half a bowl of water, cover the lid and simmer for about 5 minutes.
8. Add a tablespoon of soy sauce.
9. Stir fry for about 1 min.
