Stewed yam with soup bones
Ingredients (for 1 to 2 people): 300g soup bones with meat and 125g yam
Adequate amount of wolfberry
Seasoning: green onions, ginger slices, cooking wine salt
Method:
1. Wash the soup bones, add ginger slices, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine to a pot with cold water, boil and blanch, remove, wash and drain
2. Put the soup bones, green onion and ginger slices into the electric stew pot, add an appropriate amount of warm water, and add water to the inner pot
3. Cover the lid and select the old fire soup to simmer for 1.5 hours , add yam and simmer for 1 hour, add wolfberry and 1 teaspoon of salt 10 minutes before serving.
Tips:
The amount of water in the electric stew pot will not evaporate
Be sure to wear gloves when peeling yam, otherwise it will be very itchy. You can soak the yam in water before adding it to the pot
