1. Melt butter with slow fire, saute shallots and garlic, take out and add minced meat, chopped mushrooms, oyster sauce, sesame oil and cornflour, and mix well to make stuffing.

matters need attention
Wonton can be cooked by steaming it in boiling water, or by adding soup to cook it. If you use the soup to cook wonton, you can soak it in water first, then wash away a layer of thin powder on the skin and cook it. When you eat it, wonton will be more fragrant, smooth and refreshing.
