Slice the green onion, shred the cucumber and set aside.
Heat the pan and pour in the oil, when the oil is hot, add the green onions, stir fry for a few seconds, pour in the tomato sauce and continue to stir fry. It's best to pour the tomato sauce into a spoon ahead of time because it's too hard to pour and the scallions will get mushy over time.
Cook the noodles with salt
Serve on a plate.
