1. West Lake Longjing

China's number one tea is produced in Shifeng, Longjing, Wuyun Mountain, Tiger Run and meijiawu of West Lake in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. 2. Dongting Biluochun

is produced in Dongting Mountain on the shore of Taihu Lake in Wuxian County, Jiangsu Province. Biluochun tea is fried with the tender buds picked from tea trees in spring.

3. Anji White Tea
