2. "Hair" refers to the food that can cause skin diseases or aggravate the original skin diseases. Traditionally, it refers to spicy food, seafood and so on. As early as Huangdi Neijing, there were similar records. In Qing Dynasty, Wang Shixiong recorded more hairs in his diet spectrum with great interest, which can be divided into six categories: burning fire, expelling wind, helping dampness, accumulating cold, promoting blood circulation and promoting qi circulation. For example, it is recorded: "Goose, wind blows sores". The "wind" here refers to wind evil. Wind has the characteristics of "fickle number" and likes to wander around, which is characterized by uncertainty, severe itching and rash. Eating geese will aggravate the diseases caused by wind evil.
