Ingredients
Pork tenderloin 500g flour.
2 eggs with proper starch.
Spiced powder with proper amount of star anise 3-4.
Half a pinch of scallion and pepper
Appropriate amount of salt and dried pepper
Light soy sauce and cooking wine.

Steps of steaming small crispy meat in a bowl
1.? I forgot to take pictures at this step. Cut the tenderloin into strips first, not too thick. Marinate with starch, cooking wine, spiced powder and light soy sauce for 20 minutes.
2.? Beat flour and starch into a paste, slightly thick but not too thin. Beat in two eggs, add salt and spiced powder, stir well, and then add the freshly marinated meat for later use.
3.? When the oil is hot, turn on a medium-low heat, and fry the shredded pork after pasting.
4.? Fried to golden brown and fished out for later use.
5.? Add a proper amount of soy sauce, salt, star anise, pepper, dried pepper, onion and shredded ginger into the bowl, then add water and mix well. Add the freshly fried meat, and the water just drowns the crispy meat.
6.? Put it in a steamer and steam for about 30 minutes on medium fire. This is just steamed.
