Ingredients that need to be prepared in advance include: 460 grams of octopus, 360 grams of pork belly, a little salt, a little green onion, a little ginger, a little garlic, a little star anise, a little pepper, a little cooking wine, and a little blending oil.
1. Clean the octopus with clean water, as shown in the picture below.
2. After cleaning, disconnect it from the middle of the claw and head, and set it aside for later use, as shown in the picture below.
3. Then wash and cut the pork belly into pieces and set aside for later use, as shown in the picture below.
4. Boil water in the pot, add cooking wine, green onions and ginger segments, blanch the pork belly and remove.
5. Blanch the octopus, take it out and set it aside, as shown in the picture below.
6. Put oil in the pot, add pork belly, onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise, sugar and light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, as shown in the picture below.
7. Stir fry evenly and put it into a pressure cooker, add water and press for 20 minutes.
8. Add the octopus after 20 minutes and press for 15 minutes, as shown in the picture below.
9. When the time is up, take it out and the braised octopus braised pork is ready.
