Compared with sea shrimp, cultured shrimp is much worse in nutrition and taste. The whiskers of wild sea shrimps are very short, while those of farmed shrimps are much longer, so these kinds of shrimps can be distinguished by their whiskers. Yellow shrimp cakes only exist in the heads of shrimps caught in the sea, but generally not in cultured shrimps. Sea shrimps hide in the sand, and their shells will grow very thick.
