Cleaning method:

2. Take a knife and gently pry the scallop open with one hand, then gently run the knife back and forth along the top shell of the scallop to open the scallop.
3. After removing the top shell, start cleaning the inside of the scallop, washing all the black parts of the scallop inside to remove any sediment and waste.
4. Clean the most hidden part of the scallop: squeeze the scallop continuously along the red flesh from the top of the scallop to the center of the scallop to get the dirt out of the scallop's innards.
Steamed scallops with garlic practice:
Ingredients: scallops, vermicelli, garlic, a little ginger, a little green onion, salt, soy sauce (optional), vegetable oil.
1, soften the fans with water, garlic, ginger, green onion minced, mix them together, add salt, you can also add the right amount of soy sauce.
