Composition:
Clam, wax gourd, chopped green onion, coriander
1.? Peel and slice the wax gourd, wash the clams with salt for three times, and shred the chopped green onion and coriander.
2.? Pour oil into the pan, stir-fry chopped green onion, pour wax gourd, add 2 tablespoons of fresh soy sauce and 1 tablespoon salt, stir-fry for half a minute, add boiling water, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
3.? Add clams, cover and cook for 2 minutes until it opens. Sprinkle with coriander and serve. (Seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste)
