Fried noodles with sauce are very popular in northern China, while Shaanxi, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangdong and Northeast China also have different preparations of fried noodles.

Making method?
①Place thin strips of solid pasta in boiling water, cover and heat on high for 3 minutes, remove and set aside for 5 minutes to drain.
②Pour salad oil into the pan and cook on high heat for 2 minutes, add onion, celery, carrot and garlic, then add flour sauce, beef, shaoxing wine, parsley, butter, salt and pepper and mix well, cook on high heat for 1 minute, then pour over the pasta and cook on high heat for 1 minute.
Spaghetti (diameter 1.6mm) 320g, lean beef 200g?
Onion 70g, dried Italian mushrooms 5g, carrots 20g, red tomatoes 200g, beef consomme powder 8g, water 400ml, tomato salsa 30ml, dry red wine 30ml, celery 10g, olive oil 40ml, bay leaf 2 pieces, parsley, thyme a little each, salt and pepper to taste, hard cheese powder to taste.?
1) Make the meat sauce: chop the onion, carrot, soaked Italian mushrooms and celery. Saute in olive oil. Sauté over low heat until brown. 2. Boil the broccoli or asparagus in water, fish it out and quickly put it into the pre-prepared ice water. This way the veggies will stay the freshest green they can be. 7. Pair with red wine. Pair the spaghetti with a seafood sauce and a dry white wine.
