Sterols: The plants of Salvia miltiorrhiza generally contain this kind of components, He Youli et al. reported that the content of β-sitosterol in Xifeng Salvia miltiorrhiza was more than 0.101%, which was the first one according to many kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
