Chicken leg, onion, garlic and ginger
working methods
1. Put the chicken legs in the pot with cold water, add the onion and ginger cooking wine and cook for 20 minutes. After cooking, soak in cold water 10 minute (ice water is better).
2. Add minced onion, ginger and garlic into the bowl, and pour in hot oil to stir fry. Add a spoonful of salt, a little pepper, a little chicken essence and a spoonful of rattan pepper oil and mix well.
