How to grill skewers at home:
Ingredients: 3 chicken legs.
Accessories: 1/2 onion, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp cumin powder, 2 beers tablespoon, 1 teaspoon of five-spice powder, 1 teaspoon of white sesame seeds, appropriate amount of vegetable oil.
Steps:
1. Remove the bones from the chicken legs and tap them with the back of a knife.
2. Cut into small pieces and put into a bowl, add chopped onions and garlic slices.
3. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce.
4. Pour in vegetable oil, mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
5. Then string them together with bamboo sticks soaked in water.
6. Brush the matte surface of tin foil with oil, and spread the pickled garlic and onions on top.
7. Place chicken skewers on top and brush with oil.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for 20 minutes.
9. Take it out, turn it over, brush with oil, and sprinkle with chili powder, cumin powder, and white sesame seeds.
10. Transfer to the grill and bake for about 10-15 minutes. Take it out and sprinkle it with chili powder and cumin powder while it is still hot according to your own taste.
