Materials
Coconut milk jelly materials: 2g of milk, 1g of whipped cream, 1g of coconut milk, 6g of white sugar, 2g of diced chips or gelatine powder
Fruits: red dragon fruit, kiwi fruit, mango (choose your favorite fruit, preferably soft pulp)
Practice
2, 2g of gelatin is soaked in clear water until soft.
3. Pour 2 grams of milk, 1 grams of whipped cream, 1 grams of coconut milk and 6 grams of white sugar into a small pot, heat over low heat until the sugar is dissolved, and then remove from the fire without boiling. Leave aside to cool.
4. Put the cut fruit into the mold.
5. Pour in the cooled coconut milk, move it into the refrigerator and refrigerate for more than 4 hours, then take it out and cut it into pieces for eating.
