Tomato beef soup
Ingredients: 1000g beef
Accessories: 1 can of 425g of tomato and soybeans, 4 tomatoes, 1 onion, 300g of tomato sauce, 10g of salt
Method:
1. Rinse the beef with water and then rinse it with hot water.
2. Pour in a can of tomatoes and soybeans, cut beef, onions and tomatoes into cubes, and pour in tomato sauce.
3. Add enough hot water at a time, boil over high heat for 10 minutes, then turn to low heat and simmer for 50 minutes.
4. Finally add salt to taste.
Tomato Beef Brisket
Ingredients: Beef Brisket, Tomatoes
Accessories: White mushrooms, ginger slices, scallions, bay leaves, cinnamon, salt, tomato paste, coriander, Pepper
Method:
1. Add beef brisket to the pot, add water, add ginger slices, scallions and other seasonings and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour.
2. In another pot, peel and cut tomatoes into pieces, add in and stir-fry until flavourful.
3. Put the beef into the tomatoes, add beef soup, and completely cover the beef.
4. Add mushrooms, tomato paste and salt and simmer for 40 minutes.
5. Sprinkle coriander and pepper when cooking.
