Practice,
1. Step 1: Prepare materials: 1. Sliced bitter gourd.
2. Soak Auricularia auricula and shred it.
3. Slice the pork (put salt, oil, sugar, soy sauce, chicken essence and oyster sauce into the meat).
4. Shred ginger, sliced garlic and sliced pepper.
Step 2: 1. Blanch the bitter gourd in hot water with salt. Don't blanch bitter gourd for too long before it gets darker. Put in cold water, cool and drain. 2. blanch the fungus, too
Step 3: fry the fat in a hot pot, then fry the meat in it and put it on a plate.
4. Step 4: Heat a proper amount of oil in the pot, and then saute shredded ginger, garlic slices and pepper in the pot.
5. Step 5: Add bitter gourd and fungus, add salt and chicken essence and stir fry (1min, don't stir fry for too long).
6. Step 6: Put the freshly fried meat in, add the right amount of soy sauce, and stir fry together for a few times.
7. Step 7: Out of the pot!
