Ingredients: 850g of mutton with bone, 0/300g of yam/kloc, and one radish.
Accessories: 30g of ginger, 0/5g of pepper/kloc-,20g of salt and proper amount of water.
1, first wash the mutton and cut it into pieces.
2. Put water in the pot, and smash the ginger into the water.
3. Put the prepared mutton into the pot, boil it in large water and simmer for 2 hours.
4. Peel and wash the yam and cut it into hob blocks.
